Job summary

Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Shift Leader to be the go-to person on the floor. You will lead the team, deliver guest service, prep food, manage inventory, and handle cash while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, stepping in for the manager, keeping the store clean and welcoming, and working flexible hours including mornings, weekends and holidays. Previous food service or retail leadership helps.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong guest service focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends and holidays.
