Job summary

Duckin' Dunkin' Groton, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team during shifts, deliver great guest service, and help keep the store running smoothly.

You will coach crew, supervise food prep and cash handling, maintain clean, safe conditions, and step in for the manager when needed. The role offers flexible hours, paid training, and clear opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
