Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during your shift, deliver great guest service, prep food, manage inventory, and coach crew members.

You'll step in for the manager when needed, uphold food safety and brand standards, and enjoy flexible hours, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
