Job summary

Dunkin’ is looking for a Shift Leader to help run daily operations in Holden. You’ll guide team members during shifts, maintain guest service excellence, and support store performance with hands-on leadership.

You’ll train crew, ensure food safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and cash, and fill in for management when needed. This role offers part-time or full-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or retail leadership experience
• Strong communication and guest service
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed; help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
