Job summary

Dunkin' Groton, CT area is seeking a Shift Leader to guide teams and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll lead by example, assist with food prep, inventory, and cash handling, and coach crew members to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!).
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities
