Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader in Groton, CT to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

You will mentor crew members, manage prep and inventory, and support store operations during busy shifts. This role requires strong communication, a team-first attitude, and flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
