Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader at our Reilly location to lead the team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train, coach, and support crew members while maintaining daily operations, including food prep and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service

Responsibilities
