Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for brand standards and coach to them at every opportunity.
• Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and take any corrective action.
• Perform Management Travel Paths and Pre-shift Meeting Checklists.
• Manage cash control and security procedures.
• Manage labor and food cost throughout shift.
• Ensure restaurant vision and targets are met shift by shift.
• Hold team members and management accountable to brand standards.
• Resolve shift-related issues and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain a safe working and guest experience environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as ambassador for brand standards and company values. Knows and coaches to them at every opportunity.
• Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and takes any corrective action required

• Manage cash control and security procedures.
• Manage labor and food cost throughout shift
• Take appropriate actions to ensure the restaurant’s vision and associated targets are met shift by shift.
• Hold all Team Members and other management team accountable to the brand standards.
• Solve shift related problems, identify opportunities and communicate well to General Manager and Restaurant Managers about how restaurant can improve performance.
• Ensure a safe working and Guest experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
