Sv Bmore Llc is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during a shift. You will create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure smooth service and strong performance.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience and proven leadership abilities. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining health and safety standards, and generating helpful reports for management.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service.
• Ability to lead and manage staff under pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
