Chick-fil-A Duluth is seeking a Front of House Shift Leader for a full-time position. Pay is $18–$19 per hour and we’re closed Sundays. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, uphold hospitality standards, and shape the guest experience every shift.

As a standard-setter you’ll manage operations across drive-thru and front counter, coach teammates in real time, and help develop future leaders. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 20–40 lbs, standing for extended periods, and committing to at least 15

About the Role

The Shift Leader is one of the most important roles in our restaurant. You are the standard-setter — the person who determines what kind of shift it's going to be the moment you walk in the door. Your emotional consistency, decision-making, and real-time coaching directly shape both the guest experience and our team's growth.

This role is roughly 85–90% operational leadership and 10–15% coaching and development. Every shift, you'll be focused on three things:

• Coaching & Training — Leading with our values, developing your team's capacity, and using tools like the Pathway app to guide growth
• Protecting the Guest Experience — Modeling CORE 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Friendly Tone, My Pleasure), winning hearts every day, and recovering quickly when things don't go as planned
• Smooth Operations — Owning the flow of your shift across Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Catering, and On-Demand

What You'll Be Responsible For
