Chick-fil-A Duluth is seeking a Front of House Shift Leader for a full-time position. Pay is $18–$19 per hour and we’re closed Sundays. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, uphold hospitality standards, and shape the guest experience every shift.

As a standard-setter you’ll manage operations across drive-thru and front counter, coach teammates in real time, and help develop future leaders. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 20–40 lbs, standing for extended periods, and committing to at least 15

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to open or close at least once per week and work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Leading your assigned shift with full ownership of operations, deployment, and team positioning.
• Executing food safety, quality standards, and speed of service targets.
• Running effective pre-shift huddles and communicating clear expectations.
• Giving in-the-moment coaching using the ESRC model (Expectations, Skills, Resources, Consequences).
• Monitoring labor efficiency and identifying operational bottlenecks in real time.
• Ensuring immediate and generous guest recovery when needed.
• Developing future leaders through consistent observation and feedback.
