Chick-fil-A Restaurants in Dallas, TX is hiring for a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. You will lead shifts, train new hires, and model professional conduct while ensuring exceptional guest service.

The role requires leadership experience, reliability, and the ability to work across early morning shifts with weekend availability. This position offers growth opportunities, a supportive team, and strong benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have previous leadership or management experience.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in fast food, quick service, or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Must have experience leading shifts, coaching Team Members, and helping drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to hold yourself and others accountable to Chick-fil-A standards while leading with professionalism and care.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, Team Members, and leaders.
• Must be able to lead with confidence, urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment during busy shifts.
• Must be able to work both inside and outside the restaurant, including in adverse weather conditions when needed.
• Must be willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and complete any required restaurant training within 14 days of start date.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Availability Requirements

• Must be able to work a minimum of two Saturdays a month
• Must maintain availability to open (5:30am-2:30pm) or close (2pm-11pm) a minimum of two days a week
• Must be able to work any of the following shifts: 5:30am-2pm, 11am-7pm, OR 2pm-close 5 days a week.
