Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily shift operations across Front-of-House, Back-of-House, and Drive-thru.
• Assign positions, manage labor, and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions, clear communication, and execution of daily goals.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing areas.
• Coach team members in real time to improve performance and uphold standards.
• Reinforce training and support onboarding of new team members.
• Address performance concerns with professionalism and consistency.
• Document and communicate performance trends to Leadership.
