Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader in Missouri to be the go-to person on your shift, delivering great guest service and leading by example. You’ll help the team stay energized, manage quick service, and ensure quality coffee and food experiences for every guest.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll train crew members, assist with inventory and cash handling, uphold food safety standards, and step in for the manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail, leadership preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-minded with passion for coffee and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team in guest service.
• Ensure smooth operations: food prep, inventory, cash handling.
• Train and coach crew members to perform at their best.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service




• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash




• Train and coach crew members to be their best




• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards




• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)




• A positive attitude and strong communication skills




• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure




• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays




• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
