Job summary

Dunkin' of Oxford, Southbridge, and Sturbridge is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team with daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is upbeat, energetic, and responsible, with the ability to supervise shifts and cover as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Dunkin' or similar quick-service teams.
• ServSafe and Food Allergen certifications are preferred.
• Ability to cover shifts as needed and manage guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with overall restaurant operations.
• Supervise shifts and cover as needed.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and Network policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of interior and exterior areas.
• Track required documentation using standard tools.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure product quality.
• Drive sales through marketing programs and initiatives.
• Maintain cash controls and loss prevention procedures.
• Recognize and reward team members for performance.
• Create a positive learning and working environment.

The role and responsibility of the Shift Leader is to support the management team with overall restaurant operations. Our ideal candidate will have supervisory Dunkin', and flexibility to cover shifts as needed and necessary. ServSafe and Food Allergen Certified candidates are preferred.

The Shift Leader is expected to:

• Role model exceptional guest service and effectively manage guest recovery.
• Ensure service with speed by setting goals and utilizing tracking tools, and through effective shift management and deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with all Brand operational standards, as well as Network policies and procedure.
• Ensure restaurant meets and adheres to all mandatory food safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
• Utilize the "Red Book" and/or similar tools to track required documentation.
• Maintain the calibration of all restaurant equipment to ensure product excellence.
• Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
• Manage effective cash control and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Create a learning environment and recognize team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
• Inspire and motivate team members and promote a positive working environment.
