Job summary

Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and ensure excellent guest service. You will lead during shifts, supervise food prep, inventory, and cash handling, and coach crew members to perform at their best.

We value a positive attitude, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across duties. Flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, holidays) are required to help deliver great coffee and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: prep, inventory, and cash handling.
• Train and coach crew to be their best.
• Uphold Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards; keep store welcoming.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
