Job summary

Dunkin' of Oxford, Southbridge, and Sturbridge is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant operations and guest service across our Dunkin' locations. You will lead shifts, ensure fast service, and help maintain brand standards while driving sales.

The role requires an upbeat, responsible team player with supervisory Dunkin' experience and flexibility to cover shifts as needed. ServSafe and Food Allergen certification are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Role model exceptional guest service and recover guests as needed.
• Ensure fast service with goals and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with Brand standards and Network policies.
• Maintain adherence to food safety standards and guidelines.
• Keep interior and exterior areas clean at all times.
• Use Red Book or similar tools to track documentation.
• Maintain calibration of restaurant equipment for quality.
• Drive sales through marketing program execution.
• Manage cash control and loss prevention procedures.
• Create a learning environment and recognize team performance.
• Inspire and motivate team members for a positive environment.

The role and responsibility of the Shift Leader is to support the management team with overall restaurant operations. Our ideal candidate will have supervisory Dunkin', and flexibility to cover shifts as needed and necessary. ServSafe and Food Allergen Certified candidates are preferred.

The Shift Leader is expected to:

• Role model exceptional guest service and effectively manage guest recovery.
• Ensure service with speed by setting goals and utilizing tracking tools, and through effective shift management and deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with all Brand operational standards, as well as Network policies and procedure.
• Ensure restaurant meets and adheres to all mandatory food safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
• Utilize the "Red Book" and/or similar tools to track required documentation.
• Maintain the calibration of all restaurant equipment to ensure product excellence.
• Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
• Manage effective cash control and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Create a learning environment and recognize team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
• Inspire and motivate team members and promote a positive working environment.
