Job summary

Dunkin' in Athol, MA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift, ensuring guest service excellence and smooth operations.

You’ll train crew, manage inventory and cash, uphold safety and brand standards, and step in for the manager when needed. Flexible hours include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service

• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash

• Train and coach crew members to be their best

• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
