Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader in Massachusetts to guide daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top guest service during shifts. You’ll manage prep, inventory, and cash handling while upholding food safety and brand standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and a positive, customer-focused mindset. Ideal candidates bring prior food service or retail leadership, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
