Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our team during shifts, ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient service and that store operations run smoothly.

You’ll lead by example, train crew members, and assist in managing inventory, cash handling, and safety standards, all while delivering top-notch coffee and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly – prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
