Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations in a local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and uphold safety, quality, and training standards while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher handoffs.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with experience in food, grocery, or retail environments, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and move heavy products, up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Must be able to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts in warehouse and kitchen processes, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers about any issues.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operational issues as needed.
• Support both warehouse and light-prep kitchen tasks and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
