Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in our local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and kitchen tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead Operations Associates on shift while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a food handling certificate (training provided). Day-to-day interaction with customers and team members is essential for a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.
• Excellent physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate obtainable via provided training.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, ensuring warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training are maintained.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicates with customers as issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks; engage with team to maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
