Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will manage shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and quality while supporting both warehouse and light kitchen duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen tasks.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safely.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• Support cross-functional tasks and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
