Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to coordinate day-to-day operations in a local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, guide a team, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safely, while maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and experienced in food, warehouse, or retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality and training.
• Maintain inventory and protect assets; ensure proper storage and loss prevention.
• Lead Operations Associates, maintaining safety and productivity on shift.
• Coordinate daily tasks across warehouse and kitchen to meet order goals.
• Suggest improvements to quality and customer experience.
