Job summary

DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations at a local fulfillment center. You will supervise Operations Associates, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory. This role may involve light prep in a kitchen, depending on site.

Candidates should have 18+ years, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and bring prior experience from food, warehouse, or retail. A food-handling certificate is preferred or can be earned with provided training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handling certificate or ability to obtain (training provided).
• Experience in fast-paced environments like food, warehouse, or retail.
• Organized and proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations in warehouse and light kitchen prep.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safety/cleanliness standards.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates during shifts.
• Coordinate with team to maintain inventory and assets.
