Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to support site management in a fast-paced warehouse environment with occasional light-prep kitchen work. You will own shifts, oversee workflow, inventory, safety, and training, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately for Dashers and customers.

You will lead Operations Associates, maintain a safe and productive team, collaborate across warehouse and kitchen, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexible schedule with availability for multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
