DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily warehouse and kitchen operations. You’ll supervise a small team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety/ cleanliness standards on site. The role requires physical work, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
• Flexible shifts and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned shifts and manage warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customers are informed of issues.
• Lead Operations Associates and maintain safe, productive teamwork.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and drive continuous improvements.
