Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking a Shift Lead for our DashMart local fulfillment centers in Cincinnati. You will own your shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen operations, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality while maintaining inventory controls.

You will lead by example and support a fast, customer-first environment. The role requires physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort with pallet jacks, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and training.
• Guide Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Maintain inventory and support warehouse and light kitchen tasks.
• Deliver high-quality customer orders and resolve issues promptly.
