Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen operations, maintain safety and inventory, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

You’ll guide Operations Associates, communicate with customers, and contribute ideas to improve quality and efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and positive team player with integrity.
• Able to perform in fast-paced, physical environments.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and inventory.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operations as needed.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks; lead by example to maintain a positive, safe atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
