Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Shift Lead for DashMart, a local fulfillment center. You will own your shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and ensure accurate order fulfillment with safe, efficient operations. Training and leadership are expected to drive a high-quality customer experience.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets. A food handling certificate is welcome; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of shifts, inventory, safety and cleanliness.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced warehouse or retail settings.
• Able to organize tasks, train teammates and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations during assigned shifts in the warehouse and light kitchen areas.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
