Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, physical environment. You will manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory while leading a team of Operations Associates.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet, and work a flexible schedule. Training for a food handling certificate is provided by DoorDash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move heavy products.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets is expected.
• Flexible schedule with multiple shifts available.
• Food handling certificate training provided by DoorDash.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Fulfill orders in warehouse with inventory upkeep; light prep kitchen duties where required.
• Maintain inventory and protect assets; ensure proper storage and handling.
• Ensure accurate order execution and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Escalate issues and drive improvements in quality and customer experience.
