Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Flexible schedule with varied shifts.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail helpful.
• Food handling certificate training provided by DoorDash.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer communication is prompt.
• Lead Operations Associates to keep safety and productivity high.
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations and lead by example.
• Suggest ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
