Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for a DashMart local fulfillment center in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee shifts, manage inventory, and support a light-prep kitchen where applicable.

This role emphasizes ownership of processes, safety, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team players with experience in food, warehouse, or retail settings, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products
• Willingness to obtain/maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash will provide training)
• High school diploma or GED (college diploma optional)
• Flexible schedule across shifts
• Organized with Google Docs/Sheets

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customers are informed of issues
• Guide Operations Associates through shifts and escalate daily operations
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks and lead by example
• Suggest ideas to improve quality and customer experience
