Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for our DashMart local fulfillment center in San Antonio. You will oversee warehouse and light-kitchen tasks, manage daily shifts, delegate duties, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You’ll lead the team, ensure safety and quality, and work with Dashers to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role requires physical readiness, high school diploma, and flexibility in shifts; DoorDash provides training and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen tasks, ensure safety and inventory control.
• Lead Operations Associates, maintain quality, and escalate daily operational issues as needed.
