Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for DashMart in San Antonio to manage day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, supervise staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexibility in shifts, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets. Training for food handling will be provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy products.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods and work across warehouse and light‑prep kitchen.
• Organized with strong Google Docs/Sheets skills.
• Flexible schedule with capacity to cover multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and oversee warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers on issues.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safe and productive work during the shift.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations and model professional interactions.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
