Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead for the DashMart local fulfillment center in the United States. You will lead shift operations in a fast-paced warehouse and light-prep kitchen, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and customer satisfaction is maintained.

You will own shifts, supervise team members, maintain inventory and safety standards, and collaborate across warehouse and kitchen tasks to deliver a high-quality experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and flexible to scheduling needs.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Ability to stand, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating a pallet jack and basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, and ensure safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups, maintaining high customer service standards.
• Lead Operations Associates, guiding safe and productive work and serving as point of escalation for daily tasks.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks, engaging with team and customers to maintain a positive environment.
• Suggest ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
