Job summary

DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support site management in a fast-paced warehouse and light-prep kitchen environment at our Providence-area location. You will own assigned shifts, oversee fulfillment, inventory, and safety, and coordinate tasks with Operations Associates to deliver high‑quality customer experiences.

This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs., the ability to operate a pallet jack, and a willingness to obtain a food handling certificate (training

• Experience in food and/or retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use pallet jack/hand truck.
• Must obtain food handling certificate (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and equipment; protect assets from loss or theft.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks; ensure a positive, safe atmosphere.
