Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Miami is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in our local fulfillment center, overseeing warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensuring safe, accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

You will lead a team, coordinate shifts, and support continuous improvement while delivering a high-quality customer experience. A high school diploma and physical stamina are required; training for food handling provided; some weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated, positive, and a team player with a great attitude.
• Proven success in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age; organized and proficient with Google Docs/Sheets.
• Flexible scheduling with multiple shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Be Owner: manage assigned shifts, inventory, safety, quality, and training.
• Delight Customers: ensure orders are accurate and communication with customers.
• Lead: guide Operations Associates and escalate daily issues.
• One Team One Fight: support both warehouse and kitchen operations.
• Help improve operations: propose ideas to enhance quality and efficiency.
