Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center in Tacoma. The role involves owning shifts, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and quality while supporting both warehouse and light kitchen duties.

You will lead Operations Associates, ensure smooth order execution, and uphold high service standards for customers. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).
• 18 years of age or older and able to work multiple shifts.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, ensure safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Execute orders accurately and assist Dasher pickups.
• Guide team safely and productively as shift lead.
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations and mentor colleagues.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
