Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, physical environments or warehouse/kitchen operations.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED is required; college diploma is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Organized and proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Maintain inventory and protect company assets; ensure proper storage and loss prevention.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safety and productivity during the shift.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Contribute to process improvements and a positive work environment.
