Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to oversee daily shift operations at a DashMart local-fulfillment center. You will manage warehouse and kitchen processes, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support a safe, collaborative team environment.

This role emphasizes ownership, leadership, and customer-focused operations across both warehousing and light food prep. The ideal candidate is 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and willing to obtain a food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• 18+ years of age.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers on issues.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operations.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain a positive, safe environment.
• Suggest ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
