Job summary

DashMart, a local fulfillment center operated by DoorDash, is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee warehouse and light kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will own shifts, supervise team members, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately with a focus on safety and quality for Dasher pickups.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with Google Docs/Sheets. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food, warehouse, and/or retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen processes, and ensure safety and clean storage of assets.
• Lead Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safe, productive work and escalation of issues.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and contribute to inventory control and process improvements.
