Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, oversee inventory, and ensure safe, efficient shifts for both warehouse and light kitchen tasks.

You will lead a small team, own shift outcomes, coordinate with Dashers and customers, and contribute ideas to improve quality and speed. A high school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; food-handling certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, positive and a team player.
• Proven success in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Organized and proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
• Flexible schedule to support various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customers are informed of issues.
• Guide Operations Associates and serve as daily escalation point.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
