Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician while providing leadership across shifts. You will help coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities include prioritizing duties with good judgment and collaborating with the Practice Manager or COS to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties vary with hospital needs, balancing leadership time (approx. 20%) and paraprofessional duties (approx. 80%).
• Coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
• Assist as CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician as required.
