Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and assist the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to deliver high-quality veterinary care. You will lead by example in client education, service excellence, and adherence to Banfield protocols within a busy hospital environment.

The role emphasizes staff scheduling, incidentally supporting associates and ensuring productive workflows while maintaining our culture.

Qualifications

• Must believe preventive care is essential for healthy pets.
• Must be able to provide exceptional client and patient experiences.
• Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team when needed and support Practice Manager and COS.
• Ensure high-quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist in scheduling staff to meet client needs while planning time off.
