Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, supporting Practice Manager and Chief of Staff to maximize hospital productivity and profitability.

The role focuses on leading a high-quality team, ensuring exceptional client service, and delivering preventive care education while aligning with Banfield protocols and the hospital's culture and brand.

Qualifications

• Belief in preventive care as best for pet health.
• Available for weekend and evening shifts.
• Comfortable in a busy environment with noise and smells.
• Age 18+.
• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospital leadership to develop an efficient, productive team.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise team to ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan CE sessions.
• Adhere to practice policies and dress standards.
