The Children's Place is seeking an Area Lead to oversee daily shift operations, mentor associates, and coordinate with the Operations Supervisor on progress, product and freight issues, and service excellence.

This role requires training abilities, strong communication, at least one year of related experience, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; PKMS background is preferred. The position emphasizes safety, productivity, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Competenze

• Ability to train and develop others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training with demonstrated competency in developing associates and teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic PC skills; experience with WMS systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Train associates in departmental and company safety procedures.
• Oversee shift daily with guidance from Operations Supervisor.
• Assist with administrative functions of associates.
• Allocate tasks to associates and follow up on KPIs with Operations Supervisor.
• Mentor on productivity, quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Develop and implement training plans for associates.
• Conduct 5S audits for workstations daily.
• Stand in for Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with Supervisor on product flow or shipment issues.
• Uphold excellent internal and external customer service.
