Job summary

Chick-fil-A Soper Hill in Marysville, WA is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-duty moments, coach Team Leaders, uphold food safety and hospitality, and keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak hours.

You will own each shift, mentor teammates, manage labor and quality, greet guests, handle guest concerns, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused workplace with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Team Leader or shift-leader experience in a restaurant or quick-service setting; promoted Team Leaders are preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to complete it).
• Servant-leader attitude with a heart for developing others.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems (training provided).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 10–40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of every shift, including team morale and end-of-day procedures.
• Lead and coach Team Leaders and Drive-Thru Leaders to achieve shift goals.
• Maintain standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Complete daily food safety and quality assessments.
• Greet guests and handle guest concerns with care.
• Monitor labor, waste, and costs; identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Ensure readiness for peak hours and catering orders.
• Handle cash, counts, and secure funds.
• Ensure trainings and check-offs are completed.
