Chick-fil-A Rohnert Park is seeking a Supervisor to support senior leadership in daily operations, lead by example, and coach team members in a high-volume restaurant environment. The role emphasizes service, urgency, and a positive workplace culture. You will help run shifts, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should bring a servant’s heart, strong character, and a commitment to superior customer service. Flexible shifts are required to cover early mornings and evenings.

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Winning Hearts Every Day. A Supervisor’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Supervisors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, or 4:00 PM - 11:00/12:00 AM, as needed to support business operations and team leadership.
