Chick-fil-A Soper Hill in Marysville, WA, seeks a Director to lead operations, guest experience, and food safety. You will coach Supervisors and Team Leaders, develop leaders, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards with a joyful spirit. The role reports to the Operations Lead and drives performance across all day parts.

This full-time, hourly leadership position offers a bonus potential and a path to strengthen our team through servant leadership and Second Mile Service.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders.

Responsabilités

• Champion long-term operational excellence across all day parts.
• Uphold brand systems and standards including food safety and audits.
• Own the guest experience with hospitality, speed, accuracy, and My Pleasure service.
• Develop and coach Supervisors/Team Leaders and build leadership pipeline.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash handling and safety compliance.
• Manage vendors, equipment and assets and report maintenance needs.
• Track key metrics like guest satisfaction, speed of service and labor productivity.
• Build and manage team schedules with the Operations Lead.
• Model Mission, Core Values and Second Mile Service daily.
